Dr. Megan Frassrand
Dr. Frassrand is a Georgia native who recently returned home after moving back to the state this year. Originally from Alpharetta, she is happy to be back in the area and is committed to providing empathetic care that helps patients feel understood throughout their dental experience.
Dr. Frassrand’s goal as a dentist is to relate to what her patients are going through and approach their care with empathy. Her perspective is also shaped by her own experience undergoing upper jaw surgery within the past year, an intensive dental procedure that has given her firsthand insight into what it can feel like to be a patient.
She earned her dental degree from the College of Dental Medicine of Illinois in 2024. Before dental school, she studied Human Nutrition at the University of Kentucky. She remains committed to continuing education through a local study club and several continuing education courses each year.
Dr. Frassrand is also passionate about volunteering in her community and plans to participate in TeamSmile events and other organizations. Outside of dentistry, she loves to travel and is always planning her next trip abroad. She is the youngest of three siblings and has an older sister and brother.
